Refrigerator Cooking*
REFRIGERATOR CAKE ½ c. butter 1 ½ c. powdered sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. cream, whipped ¾ c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Beat until fluffy. Place layer of crumbs in bottom of pan; pat firmly. Add creamed mixture, pineapple, whipped cream and pecans. Add remaining wafer crumbs. Refrigerate overnight.
