Posted September 12, 2012 Alexander Statement on Killing of Ambassador Stevens and American Diplomats
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) today released the following statement on the killing of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens along with three American diplomats:
“The killing of Ambassador Stevens and three other American officials is a tragedy. It is a grim reminder that our Foreign Service officers put their lives on the line every day. Our government should make certain that these killers are brought to justice.” ###
