Just a quick reminder that one of the Web’s most popular and longest running politically themed news shows will make the jump to TV beginning Monday with the  launch of “The Young Turks with Cenk Uygur”  on Current TV at 7pm ET(will encore 10 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday) among the first guests slated to appear on the show are Current TV founder and former Vice President, Al Gore (12/6) and former lobbyist and convicted felon-turned author Jack Abramoff (week of 12/12).
 
Award winning host Cenk Uygur brings his passion, irreverence and irrepressible desire for honest conversation to the new nightly series as he and “The Young Turks” take a completely unscripted, no-holds-barred approach to TV. A gathering place for progressives to meet and address the issues of the day, the series will also provide viewers with an extensive opportunity to provide feedback and directly influence the show's content, with comments, questions and challenges drawn from social media and current.com/theyoungturks addressed LIVE for a substantial portion of each night’s show.
